We are looking for a prospective team leader in the role of property manager and deputy team leader for our location in Schlieren. You can expect a mixed portfolio from renowned investors. As a deputy team leader, you will also be entrusted with personnel matters. - With your business-oriented thinking and actions, you will independently manage the assigned portfolio, supported by the mandate accounting.
- You are the point of contact for property owners and tenants, assisting them with their concerns.
- You are in contact with offices, facility managers, and other stakeholders in real estate as a representative of interests.
- You negotiate rental agreements and carry out rental contract and rent adjustments.
- You ensure market-compliant rentals and are responsible for leasing and vacancy management.
- During tenant changes, you handle the acceptance and handover of spaces and coordinate necessary maintenance work.
- You regularly report the current status of various pending matters through reports prepared and managed by our Key Account Management.
- You are responsible for the assigned clerk and take on tasks and directive competencies from your supervisor.
- You participate in projects and gain in-depth insights into the company.

- You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification as well as the federal certificate as a property manager.
- With several years of professional experience in a similar role, you are already well acquainted with the processes and challenges.
- Common IT applications (MS Office) are no problem for you.
- If you have experience with the property management software Garaio REM, that is an advantage.
- You can express yourself verbally and in writing with skill and impress with your high service orientation.
- You have an independent and reliable working style.
- You bring a high level of social competence.
- You are ambitious to take on more responsibility and carefully plan your next career steps.
