As a staff member, you will take on a key role between strategy, organization, and content development. Starting from September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, you will actively contribute to the future of prevention and addiction support, bring in your own ideas, and accompany change with professional depth and human sensitivity. You think along, ahead, and laterally – thus creating the foundation for effective concepts. In a dynamic environment with social relevance, you can expect the following tasks:
- Support the head of department in planning and implementing strategic and operational tasks
- Planning, coordination, and structured follow-up of meetings, workshops, and committee appointments including minute-taking
- Creation and editing of target group-oriented content for communication formats such as intranet, newsletters, presentations, or external publications
- Independent management of projects as well as active participation in interdisciplinary project teams for the implementation of central initiatives of the main department
- Preparation of professional foundations, development of concepts, and creation of well-founded decision templates in close coordination with internal specialist departments
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in social sciences, political science, or comparable education
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in the public or social sector, with a strong affinity for strategic and organizational issues
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a good sense for political, social, and professional contexts
- Resilient organizational talent with high social competence and independent working style
- Openness to engage with topics and people related to addiction, prevention, and marginalized populations
