Your Tasks
Representation and support of the production manager in the following areas:
- Coordination and scheduling for a smooth production process
- Employee management, including discussions and ensuring employee development
- Planning and coordination of gravel extraction, backfilling, and recultivation
- Preparation of the budget and investment planning, implementation of investment projects
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational safety in the plants
- Planning and coordination of inspections
- Creating statistics with corresponding analysis
Your Profile
- Basic training in the construction industry or in a technical field
- Knowledge or high affinity for the processes in gravel and concrete plants
- Good communication skills and leadership experience with empathy
- Resilient with a natural and well-groomed appearance
- Focused working style in a lively environment
- Proficient in Office applications and IT affinity
