Your Tasks
- Professional and individual care and support of our residents in a care living group
- Ensuring individual, professional, and warm care and support together with colleagues
- Carrying out and documenting medical procedures as prescribed by the doctor
- Maintaining care documentation (ePDok) according to RAI-NH2
Your Profile
- Training as a care professional
- Proven experience in care and support
- Open-minded, motivated personality with high social competence
- High resilience, flexibility, and ability to work independently
- Completed further training as a RAI coordinator or willingness to complete this with us
