- Ensuring safe, resident-oriented, and professionally competent care and support for our residents
- Taking on daily responsibility and primary responsibility in the individual care of residents
- Defining the care process and ensuring its implementation
- Supporting and activating residents in their daily life activities
- Ensuring the continuous updating of care planning and documentation
- Contributing to the further development of care, evaluation, and adjustment of care processes
- Maintaining professional contact and providing information to residents' relatives
