Project Manager Marketing & Communications (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)
Limited until June 30, 2026 - Focus on Online & Content Marketing
Your Tasks
- You implement our marketing strategy – from conception to execution across various communication channels, focusing on online marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Paid Ads).
- You generate B2B leads to support our sales in Switzerland and our international distribution partners.
- You support our international distribution partners in their marketing activities, maintain direct communication with partners in the source regions, and work closely with the sales managers of the respective markets.
- You create target group-oriented content for our online marketing channels as well as for partners and customers – including photos, videos, and interviews, using tools like CapCut and Canva.
- You coordinate and plan all online marketing activities and actively contribute to the expansion of the online marketing strategy and the establishment of professional digital structures.
- You take over the ad and media planning, implement it, and develop contributions for corporate communication and social media.
- You work cross-departmentally on projects and proactively contribute your ideas.
Your Profile
- You have completed training in online marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in digital marketing – ideally in a Swiss SME or in the food industry.
- You have a creative sense for target group-relevant content and know how to implement it effectively across channels.
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – and enjoy collaborating in a team.
- You think entrepreneurially, cost-conscious, and networked.
- You communicate confidently in German (native language) and English (fluent); knowledge of French is a welcome plus.
- You ideally have experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop as well as knowledge in film and photography – that would be the icing on the cake.
