The Department of School and Sports supports schools, school authorities, and the sports office of the city of Winterthur in fulfilling their diverse tasks.

To complement our personnel administration of the department and the public school, we are looking for a team member, by agreement, who is passionate about working with and for people. Here you can take on responsibility and actively shape in a flexible, dynamic team.

Your Tasks

• Performing administrative tasks as well as correspondence related to admissions, departures, salary and employment changes
• Recording and maintaining employee data in SAP HCM and managing personnel files in D3
• Checking and monitoring work and residence permits
• Processing unpaid leaves, maternity leaves, long service gifts, training requests
• Publishing job advertisements
• Administering the time tracking tool

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training and ideally completed further education as an HR specialist as well as professional experience in operational HR
• Proficient in MS Office products and preferably knowledge of SAP and/or Abacus
• Ability to work flexibly and independently with various systems and quickly familiarize oneself with new software solutions
• Enjoyment in making processes simple and efficient and implementing solutions pragmatically
• Appreciative attitude and focus on positive, respectful collaboration
