We are looking for a committed individual to join our team of specialists starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Review, calculation, and disposition of supplementary benefits (supplementary benefits, allowances, and municipal grants)
- Analysis and documentation of the economic and personal circumstances of the insured
- Conduct supplementary clarifications, e.g., with authorities and social insurance offices
- Examine health and disability costs in special cases
- Advise pension recipients and their relatives (in writing, by phone, and in person)
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training and federal social insurance specialist certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Professional experience in the area of supplementary benefits or in another area of social insurance
- Knowledge of the case application ZLPro is an advantage
- Empathetic, communicative team player
- Analytical, independent, and resilient person with the ability to think in a networked manner
