Customer Service Advisor / Technical Support Clerk

Your tasks

• Outstanding customer service for all inquiries regarding their vehicle
• Advising and assisting customers at the reception and on the phone
• Creating quotes and customer invoices from repair and service work
• Technical support
• Managing the tire storage
• Preparing internal orders for the sales department
• General administrative tasks

You bring

• Training as an automotive specialist or mechatronics technician preferred
• Good German language skills
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good PC skills (Stieger software is an advantage)
• Understanding of processes and quick comprehension
• High level of organization and precise independent work
• Enjoyment of customer contact
