The Arkadis Foundation is a specialized center for children and adolescents with particular health or social support needs. Speech therapy in early childhood is one of the diverse therapeutic forms we offer in the area of therapy and counseling. It is aimed at children with special support needs due to delays or disorders in language development from birth until kindergarten entry.

Responsibilities

• Conducting therapies in individual or group settings at our locations in Olten and Breitenbach

• Consulting parents and other important caregivers

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional fields in group settings

• Therapy planning, documentation, and performance recording

• If necessary, conducting assessments or controls along with corresponding reporting

Requirements

• Diploma in Speech Therapy (recognized by EDK)

• Experience in speech-therapeutic work, ideally in early childhood

• Interest in supported communication and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Knowledge of complex disorder patterns

• Additional competencies: flexible, independent personality / driving license
