Special Education Teachers

Then come to us at the Heilpädagogische Schule Grenchen HPS starting from the 25/26 school year.

Together with your colleagues, you will teach small classes of about 7 students with special educational needs. Together, you will create a teaching environment characterized by individual, development-oriented educational opportunities.

As we are allowed to expand our school with an additional location with two classes, we are looking for

from August 2025 special education teachers or educators for various positions:

• Cycle 2, 10 lessons, working days Monday and Wednesday, permanent
• Cycle 2, 28 lessons, fixed-term until September 2025 with the option for a permanent position
• Cycle 2 + 3, 24 lessons, working days Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, fixed-term until January 2026
• Cycle 2 + 3, 14 lessons in home economics, working days Tue/Fri, fixed-term until January 2026

You can expect a small school (about 42 students), where we maintain a respectful and appreciative working atmosphere. You will create learning spaces that are individual, structured, and loving. In doing so, you will work with parents and various professionals – and above all: with a lot of heart and humor.
