Your Responsibilities:

You will be active in the extended performance mandate of the university and take on the following tasks:

• You strengthen the focus area of organizational communication
• You acquire research and consulting projects and enjoy scientific publication activities
• You are interested in the conception, further development, and management of continuing education programs
• You give lectures at the bachelor and master level as well as in continuing education

Your Profile:

You are a creative, flexible, open, team-oriented, and communicative personality with several years of experience in organizational communication. You also hold a university degree in business, communication, or social sciences, ideally with a doctorate (PhD or Dr.).

Your profile is complemented by the following points:

• Several years of practical experience outside the university sector in organizational communication (leadership role)
• Ideally, experience in acquiring applied research and consulting projects with corresponding publication evidence
• Enjoyment of exchange and collaboration with leaders from business, administration, and politics
