Healthcare Professional (FH, HF, FaGe) with an additional role as Trainer 50 – 100%

What to expect

• Coordination and promotion of trainees along with training responsibility
• Support in setting daily goals and reviewing implementation
• Planning, execution, and documentation of learning support
• Assisting trainees in deepening their theoretical knowledge
• Co-designing learning transfer days
• Accompanying and supporting the qualification process
• Supervision and participation in the evaluation of trialists and interns

What you bring

• Completed healthcare training (FH, HF, FaGe)
• Certificate as a trainer (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or willingness to obtain it
• Joy in training young people
• Communication skills and teamwork ability
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and reliability
