The Liebenau Foundation is there for people who need special support. Founded in 1870, it is now active in the areas of education, health, care and living spaces, participation and family, as well as services and products.
The newly renovated Liebenau Bussnang Senior Center is an institution of Liebenau Switzerland non-profit AG and offers a home to 96 people in need of care and support. With great heart and commitment, around 120 employees ensure the well-being and security of the residents.

Your Tasks
- Professional support and intervention in challenging care situations, especially in palliative care and specialized dementia care
- Continuous improvement of care quality in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Development and implementation of concepts, guidelines, and standards based on current scientific findings
- Conducting quality controls and evaluations
Your Profile
- Degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience in geriatrics
- Further education as a care expert (MScN, MAS or BSc in Nursing with a perspective for further studies)
- Responsible, resilient, and flexible personality with a passion for the further development of nursing practice
- Ability to actively shape changes and competently support teams
- Strong presentation skills and flexibility in daily work
- Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility
