Area Sales Manager: Care & Medical Consultant (80% - 100% AG, BL & BS)

In your role as Area Sales Manager: Care & Medical Consultant, you will be responsible for revenue and profit in your area and will support our customer groups, including nursing homes and home care services. With your performance- and goal-oriented approach, as well as your hunter mentality, you will succeed in acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships. Your strong sales flair and ability for cross-selling across the entire range of IVFHAG's digital Hartmanneasy solutions (Order, Care, Analysis, Shelf, Inventory) will support you in successfully implementing all modules. As a team player, you will work closely with your colleagues and bring an affinity for digital solutions and tools.

Competencies:

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, ideally with further training in sales or healthcare
• Several years of experience in sales with a pronounced sales flair, hunter mentality, and focus on acquiring new customers
• Fluent in German and a high willingness to travel in the assigned customer area
• Performance- and goal-oriented, with strong revenue responsibility and affinity for digital solutions
• Digital affinity and efficiency, with a strong sense of time management and structured work
