Our Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs Team is looking for you!

The QA team of the Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs department ensures the global GDP compliance of our processes. We manage the quality management system in accordance with the guidelines and train our employees worldwide according to our internal standards. To meet the global requirements of the GDP guidelines, we are looking for a member of the QA team who will primarily oversee the processes related to good transport practices.

Your tasks

• Process owner for Good Transport and Storage Practices (GTP)
• Qualification and auditing of third parties (transport companies and contract warehouses)
• Evaluation and assessment of logger data and transport routes
• Creation, editing, and review of SOPs
• Handling of deviations, complaints, and CAPAs
• Technical QA support for the Supply Chain and Sales departments
• Planning, preparation, and execution of employee training

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, etc.); PhD not required
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience (GMP and/or GDP, GTP)
• You enjoy working with processes, their definition, and training
• You are fluent in German at a native level and enjoy using English daily (negotiation level)
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics D365) and DMS
• You are a humorous person who enjoys working in an exciting international environment and takes care of your processes independently
