In this responsible position, you will take on the technical leadership of production in close collaboration with the production manager, team leaders, and management. You are responsible for organizing and planning professional personnel development and promoting young talent. Additionally, you play a central role in conducting internal training and further education. In collaboration with the production manager, you ensure compliance with all relevant processes, quality requirements, regulations, and instructions, and continuously optimize production processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards ISO 3834-2, EN 1090 EXC2, and EN 17660. In your role, you act as a link between departments.

For this management position, we are looking for a personality with a completed apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus builder or metal builder, who has additionally trained in welding technology. A business management qualification is an advantage and rounds off your profile. You bring several years of industry experience, ideally in welding supervision and the application of welding standards. You are characterized by a high decisiveness, a passion for metal, and strong communication skills. You are proficient in using ERP systems and the common Microsoft Office applications.
