In the programs Motivationssemester Transit, Transit Praktika, and Transit Express of the Employment Integration Winterthur, we support young people and young adults with challenging conditions in entering the professional world. Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a strong implementation personality with foresight to lead and further develop the programs starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel, and financial leadership of the department with approximately 18 employees
- Ensuring performance mandates and compliance with quality standards
- Collaboration in the management team of Employment Integration (AIW)
- Cooperation with various internal and external entities, especially with the Office for Labor of the Canton of Zurich
- Project and concept work for the further development of services and organization
- Participation in tenders and submissions
Your Profile
- (Professional) university degree in social work, social pedagogy, or comparable
- Leadership and project experience in the field of employment integration with relevant further training
- Solid knowledge of the labor market and the educational landscape in Switzerland
- High affinity for the topic of career entry for young people and young adults
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking personality
