Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for personnel, organizational, and professional leadership
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups
- Holistic care and individual support of residents in daily activities
- Performing medical technical procedures, medication management
- Visits with doctors, maintaining contact with therapists
- Key care system
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as HF, specialist in long-term care and support DN II or AKP
- Completed further training in team leadership
- Successful leadership experience in a comparable position
- High resilience, flexibility, and independence
- High sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills (care documentation and performance recording)
