Payroll Specialist with a heart for people (80-100%)

The HR department handles all administrative tasks related to the employment relationships of GEWA together with employees in adapted workplaces.

This is your job

• Managing payroll in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 (migration to Business Central by 01.01.2026)
• Contact person for payroll and social insurance questions
• HR administration from onboarding to offboarding including time tracking (MobaTime)
• Creating evaluations, statistics, and collaborating with finance and HR team
• Guiding, accompanying, promoting, and empowering employees in adapted workplaces

This is what you bring

• Further education or many years of experience in personnel administration, payroll, and social insurance
• Professional experience in payroll processing and high IT affinity (MS Office)
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Open, communicative, and team-oriented – with joy in working with psychologically burdened people and willingness to uphold our Christian values
