Our Business Unit Construction is looking for a motivated sales personality in the Bern region to drive the targeted expansion of our market presence in the areas of carpentry, wood, and window construction.
Responsibilities
- Sales and expert advice on our adhesive and sealing systems as well as other construction products
- Targeted acquisition and development of the customer base by gaining and maintaining new customer relationships
- Technical support and solution-oriented consulting for customer projects
- Analysis and observation of market trends for the further development of the sales strategy
Requirements
- Ideally trained as a carpenter, woodworker, or similar
- Practical experience in field sales or in the area of adhesives and sealing systems is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of independent action
- Talent and commitment to acquiring new customers, combined with the ability to maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in IT systems
- Enjoyment of active networking and participation in association events
