We are looking for

Are you organized, communicative, and enjoy getting involved? Then we are looking for you: a reliable, flexible, and cheerful personality who enjoys taking on administrative tasks and acting as a central point of contact. If you can also communicate in French at a basic level, that would be even better – it rounds off your profile perfectly. Our regular working hours are between 08:00 and 17:00 – the exact presence time can be agreed upon within the team.

We offer you interesting tasks

• ​Customer support via phone and email in German and partially in French
• Processing customer orders from quotation creation to invoicing
• Recording and internal coordination of repairs, equipment maintenance, and warranty orders
• Logistics and inventory management, including shipping of individual customer orders
• Planning and organizing national shipping orders
• Support in maintaining master data in the ERP system (IFS)

• Commercial training or equivalent
• Communicative & customer-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Basic knowledge of French (I and E advantageous)
