Responsibilities
- Your goal when managing the Convenience and Meat department? To provide an enjoyable fresh and shopping experience for your customers.
- You regularly ensure restocking so that products are always available. And when the goods are on the shelf, they entice customers to try them.
- If your customers have a question or concern, you provide competent and friendly information.
- Respect is at the center of your leadership style, creating a great atmosphere for your team.
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail, as a butcher (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d), or relevant professional experience in the Convenience/Meat sector? All these areas are suitable for this job.
- You are familiar with sales and leadership in a similar role.
- You already have product knowledge in the Convenience and Meat areas? A great advantage.
- You love advising people and sharing your interest in quality products and culinary knowledge.
- You have a very good command of German – both spoken and written.
- You are flexible regarding working hours.
- It is easy for you to adapt to new systems.
