Your Challenge
- Leading, supervising, and realizing projects in the field of switchgear construction
- Managing a team of about 6 people
- Responsibility for the quality and timely execution of projects, as well as compliance with work regulations and standards
- Planning and creating technical documents
- Functional testing according to electrical schematics including measurement and testing protocols
- Consulting with customers
- Assisting in the training of apprentices
- Occasional service assignments / inspections on-site
Your Competencies
- Completed vocational training as an electrician or automation technician, or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in switchgear construction
- Project and leadership experience
- Further training as a workshop manager in switchgear construction or equivalent is advantageous
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Committed and team-oriented personality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and organizational skills
