We are looking for our newly created position in the Department of Society starting on July 1, 2025, or by agreement, a

Caseworker:in for Asylum/Social Affairs (50–80 %)
in our community with around 6,900 inhabitants.

Your tasks:

• Case management in asylum affairs
• Leading and supporting the two asylum coordinators
• Calculating and entering support claims
• Coordinating integration measures
• Monthly payments
• Processing health insurance matters
• Contact with various agencies such as RAV, debt collection office, KESB, kjz, etc.
• Case management in the social secretariat (depending on the workload)
• Counter and telephone service.

We expect:

• Commercial training, preferably in public administration
• Administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge in the social sector or willingness to engage in this exciting topic
• Flexible and resilient personality with precise and reliable work style
• Friendly and competent demeanor.
