PANVICA is the nationwide compensation fund of the professional associations of the Swiss Baker-Confectioner Master Association, Cafetier Suisse Association, and the Swiss Wine Trade Association.
We insure our clients in the 1st pillar (AHV, IV, EO, parental compensation), in our family compensation funds (family allowances), in the 2nd pillar (pension funds), as well as in daily sickness and accident insurance.
Since 2022 (after a change in management), we are undergoing a change process. Our goals are digitalization/automation, and in return, customer contact holds a high priority.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual as
Finance & Collection Specialist 100%
These interesting tasks await you:
Customer support and consulting
Management of regular cash transactions: deposits and withdrawals; daily bookings
Monitoring of payment transactions
Assistance in the development of controlling systems
Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Preparation of ZAS report including transfer
Management of accounts payable (accounting, payment, and booking)
Control of payroll certificates within the contribution team
Assistance with projects (e.g. digitalization, IKS)
Ideally, you bring:
Commercial training
Further education in accounting or collections is essential
Professional experience in the social insurance sector is an advantage
Ideally, several years of professional experience in a similar role
Solution-oriented and socially competent personality, team player
High commitment and readiness to engage
Accurate, independent working style
