PANVICA is the nationwide compensation fund of the professional associations of the Swiss Baker-Confectioner Master Association, Cafetier Suisse Association, and the Swiss Wine Trade Association.
We insure our clients in the 1st pillar (AHV, IV, EO, parental compensation), in our family compensation funds (family allowances), in the 2nd pillar (pension funds), as well as in health daily allowance and accident insurance.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual as
Head of Finance & Collections (100%)
(Member of the Executive Board)
These tasks await you:
Professional and personnel management of the Finance & Collections department
Ensuring and monitoring the entire financial and collection processes according to legal regulations and instructions of the AHV
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while adhering to the corresponding deadlines
Preparation of monthly reporting and business reports
Preparation of forecasts, budgeting, and budget monitoring
Handling of special cases, preparation of appeal decisions and repayment plans
Responsibility for liquidity management
Responsibility for the legally correct collection process
Ensuring the correct transmission of financial data to various external bodies while adhering to corresponding deadlines (e.g., cantonal equalization payments, BSV statistics, etc.)
Telephone and written contact with clients, associations, authorities, etc. in German and French
Further development of the Internal Control System (ICS) / Controlling
What you bring:
Solid education and professional experience in finance and accounting
Ability to understand and implement legal matters and standards (especially in the area of collections) (legal experience is an advantage)
Further education and professional experience in the field of social insurance are advantageous
Networked thinking and interest in understanding the processes in a compensation fund
Languages: German and French (Italian is an advantage)
Customer and service-oriented, resilient, precise, reliable, and a team player
