PANVICA is the nationwide compensation fund of the trade associations of bakers, confectioners, CafetierSuisse, and the Association of Swiss Wine Trade.
We insure our clients in the 1st pillar (AHV, IV, EO, EE), in the family compensation fund, in the 2nd pillar/pension fund, and health daily allowance and accident insurance.
We are looking for a
Specialist: Contributions & Register 80-100 %
Your future tasks:
Collecting and deciding on personal contributions
Checking and preparing the annual accounts for AHV/IV/EO contributions including contributions from health and accident insurance
Control of wage certificates within the contribution team
Processing reports from employer controls and creating supplementary settlements
Control and recording of self-employed and non-employed individuals
Opening individual accounts (IK) for the insured
Written and telephone communication with authorities, offices, and insured individuals in German and French
What you bring:
Commercial training
Professional experience in the social insurance sector
Several years of solid professional experience in a similar role
Solution-oriented and socially competent personality, team player
High commitment and dedication
Accurate, independent working style
