What are the specific tasks?
I am responsible for digitalizing HR processes for the whole company using SAP Successfactors Employee Central and Successfactors Learning. I discuss the associated requirements, customize the tools and operate them after implementation, I actively shape our Successfactors landscape together with HR and I also act as the primary contact for questions and problems for them. I resolve complex challenges, sometimes with help from our external partners.
What are the daily challenges?
Every day is different. You always have a base level of project work, but some part of the system may suddenly require a change, bringing business to the next level. Then you have to drop everything and put all of your efforts towards making things run smoothly again. It is also always a challenge to efficiently incorporate a variety of user requirements into the tools.
